    I love this! This is why Gordon is one of the best—he's always willing to learn. He's confident when he's within his sphere, and very humble when he knows he's out of his depth, but always willing to take on the challenge. And I love how gracious and proud he was to take second place. That's just awesome and makes me like him even more.

    he should be proud!! this cuisine is sooo different from the one he's used to.. and to get 2nd place while cooking for only 1 week, damn yeah, he's good! If he serves this in Europe, they'll be burning their mouths or running to the toilet (since the food is very spicy)
