On what account a murderer be acquitted and repatriated. In Bombay attack case India did not give conselor access to a supposedly Pakistani citizen no justice was served. No neutral iquiry was carried out by other than Indian police.Case was sent to ICJ after so much hue and cry.Now Jaishanker has a chest to call Pakistan to relese Aa terrorist.Even perpetrator of Samjhota Express are at large and exenorated by Indian judges without listening to families of victims. Is all this a Bolywood crap.

1 jadev proven to be a spy

2 not released or sent back to India

3 sentence not said to be illegal just to review which means look at either trial him in Supreme Court and then sentence not to free him but sentence
so can hang or life sentence

4 what is consular acess to you even known what it is it’s just that Indian officials can meet him as EVEN SPY have right to consular access but not set free so idiots understand what the decision is
