  • The OnePlus 7 Pro is a really large Android phone with one of the best displays. The selfie camera pops up from the top, the fingerprint sensor is way faster, and the camera is solid. Oxygen OS is really well thought out. Battery life and performance are all very impressive. That’s a lot of checked boxes, which means the OnePlus 7 Pro proves that great phones don’t need to cost a thousand dollars.Correction: At 3:24, the graphic shows the incorrect PPI. This should say 516 PPI instead of 561. Camera aside the pixel is dead to me. Even in the software department OnePlus has them beat

$670 is decent for a phone like this. Considering Samsung and iPhone have crossed the $1000 Mark.

The Verge gets a lot of hate, but something should be said about this Dieter guy and how he structures his reviews. He's a really intriguing host. Keep it up, Verge.

This is THE smartphone of 2019. Big. Fast. The screen. Plus, it's big. You keep wireless charging. I'll take UFS 3.0 12GB RAM and 256GB HD for $750

but MKBHD said the refresh rate is not dynamic. he talked to OnePlus about that. youre just seeing the vid at 30 because the vid itself is at 30fps.

The refresh rate is not dynamic, but the resolution is.
