The trouble is they don’t have a shared vision of what “complete denuclearization” looks like. And while handshakes were exchanged and agreements were signed after unprecedented talks in Singapore, no country with a nuclear program as advanced as North Korea's has ever denuclearized. Read more about the agreement that President Trump struck with Kim Jong Un and why, despite being a historic moment, it appears to be a "shockingly weak deal" for the US: http://bit.ly/2ybJB5M

Fun fact! South Africa is the only country in history to give up their own nuclear weapons. I'd love to see a Vox video on that, as there are some parallels with North Korea.

"I may stand before you in 6 months and say: Hey I was wrong." Huge cred to Trump for being honest this time.

Trump never admits he was wrong. It's been ten months and he hasn't admitted yet that Kim played him for a fool. I'm just glad Kim got Trump to stop talking about fire and fury. North Korea's nukes are strictly for defense against us.
